Mrs Naomi Philp

Naomi Philp is a dynamic and dedicated Executive Head teacher with a rich and diverse background in education. Naomi started her teaching career as a drama and English teacher in secondary education. She passionately served as a Vice Principal for a decade, honing her leadership and pedagogical skills. Motivated by the idea of shaping younger minds and impacting lives early on, she transitioned into the Primary sector with unwavering determination.

Naomi is a firm believer in providing a well-rounded education for all pupils. Drawing from her own academic background with a degree in Arts, she has persistently integrated a range of arts-based experiences into our federation, helping each child discover and flourish in their unique element.

Naomi's commitment to excellence extends beyond practical experience. She holds a Masters in the Leadership and Management of Learning, achieved with Distinction, underscoring her academic prowess. As an enthusiastic researcher, she consistently applies the latest findings in educational research to keep our provision at the cutting edge of educational practice.

When not shaping the future of our schools, Naomi pursues an active lifestyle, engaging in various fitness activities - often with a dash of humor! She enjoys paddle boarding, running, and embarking on new fitness adventures, never shying away from a challenge.
