Meet Lizi, our powerhouse of Business Administration and Finance Management for the Moorland Federation in Somerset. With an impressive career spanning over two decades, Lizi has honed her skills across diverse sectors including banking, private organisations, and local education authorities. For the last four years, she's been the driving force behind the financial and administrative operations of our federation of schools, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Lizi wears multiple hats with flair. She's not only a certified safeguarding lead but also an active mental health support provider within our federation. Her dedication to inclusivity is exemplary, as she continuously works on implementing new and enhancing existing programs to promote a diverse and welcoming workplace.

As an Ambassador for Includability she is driving the federation to be an Includability Committed Educational Setting. Lizi's currently contributing to the development of its certification, underlining her commitment to inclusive education. Moreover, she's progressing towards her Level 5 Diploma for School Business Leader, signifying her dedication to continuous professional growth.

When she's not revolutionising our school's finance and administration, Lizi embraces the joy of life. She loves beach outings, walking her dog, and cherishing quality time with her family.
