Supporting Our Headteacher’s London Marathon Journey for NSPCC!
Jon is passionate about ensuring every child has the best possible start in life—something that drives both his work in education and his dedication to supporting children's charities. This year, he is running to help the NSPCC fight to end child abuse, ensuring vulnerable children get the support and protection they need.
Training for a marathon is no small feat, especially through the dark winter months! From spinning sessions to hilly dog walks and treadmill runs, Jon is pushing through injuries and challenging training conditions to make a difference.
With just 6 weeks to go, Jon is now taking on longer outdoor runs, visualizing those iconic London landmarks as he gets ready for race day!
Jon has also been training alongside another local Headteacher, and together they have been sharing their journey in their blog – Heads on the Run!
Join us in cheering him on and supporting his incredible efforts! If you’d like to donate to his fundraising, Click here
Every step he takes is a step towards a safer future for children!
