Specialist Teacher, leading SEND Base Provision
Dulverton Junior School, is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Specialist SEND Teacher to lead our brand-new SEND Base Provision.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and develop an inclusive, child-centred environment for a small cohort of pupils with SEND and SEMH needs. You’ll be supported by a forward-thinking leadership team, a strong staff network, and a federation that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Successful candidates will need to:
· Demonstrate high standards of teaching and learning
· Be enthusiastic, motivated and a dedication to inclusive education, including therapeutic approaches
· Be creative, innovative and forward thinking
· Have a willingness to contribute to all aspects of school life
· Experience working with SEND and SEMH pupils aged 4-11
· Be fully supportive of the values and ethos of our school and the wider federation
· Fully support our Christian distinctiveness, ethos, vision and values
